Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
1. About VOLUME ONEENT
VOLUME ONEENT(“the Platform”) is operated to facilitate the sale and verification of tickets for private and ticketed events (“Events”) hosted by the organizers using VOLUME ONEENT(“the Organizer”, “we”, “us”). By submitting the public ticket form on VOLUME ONEENT, paying via CliQ, uploading a payment screenshot, or attending any Event you have purchased a ticket for through VOLUME ONEENT, you (“the Attendee”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit the ticket form and do not attend the Event.
2. Eligibility (21+)
All Events are strictly limited to attendees aged twenty-one (21) years or older. By submitting the ticket form you confirm that the date of birth you provide is true and accurate.
Submissions where the date of birth indicates an age below 21 are automatically blocked at the time of submission. Providing a false date of birth may result in your ticket being voided and entry to the Event being denied at the door, with no recourse.
Door staff may, at their discretion, request a valid government-issued photo ID confirming your age and identity at the venue entrance.
3. Tickets, pricing and currency
All ticket prices and service fees are quoted and charged in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). The total amount displayed in the payment pop-up at the time of submission is the full amount payable for one ticket and includes the Organizer's service fee.
The Organizer may change the price of any future ticket at any time. Any submission already created will continue to use the price that was in effect at the time it was created; subsequent submissions will use the new price.
One submission entitles the Attendee to one (1) ticket for the specified Event. Tickets are sold subject to availability and the published capacity of the Event.
4. Payment and verification
Payment is made by the Attendee via CliQ to the alias and/or phone number displayed in the payment pop-up after the ticket form is submitted. The Attendee is responsible for ensuring the correct amount is transferred and for uploading a clear, legible screenshot of the CliQ confirmation on the same page.
All CliQ payments are reviewed manually by the Organizer. Verification is normally completed within twenty-four (24) hours of the screenshot being uploaded, but the Organizer makes no guarantee as to a specific verification time.
If the Organizer is unable to verify your payment from the screenshot you provided (for example, because the amount, recipient or transaction reference cannot be confirmed), the submission will be marked as not yet received and you will be notified via WhatsApp. You may upload a corrected screenshot, after which the submission will be re-reviewed.
The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect payment sent to a CliQ alias or phone number that is not the one displayed at the time of submission, nor for any bank, network or CliQ delays.
5. QR-code tickets
Once your payment is verified, your ticket is issued as a unique, single-use QR code delivered to the WhatsApp number you provided on the form.
You agree that:
- The QR code is personal to you and is non-transferable.
- The QR code is single-use. Once it has been scanned at the venue entrance it cannot be used again, regardless of who attempts to use it.
- You are responsible for keeping your QR code private. If you forward, share, screenshot or post your QR code where another person can use it before you, the Organizer is not liable and the first valid scan will be admitted.
- The QR code remains the property of the Organizer and may be voided at any time for fraud, attempted re-use, or breach of these Terms.
6. Entry to the Event
On arrival at the venue, please present your QR code to door staff for scanning. A green “CONFIRMED” result on the scanner means you are checked in and may enter. A red “ACCESS DENIED” result means your ticket is not valid for this Event, has already been used, or could not be verified.
The Organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry, or require a person already inside the venue to leave, for reasons including but not limited to: presenting an invalid or already-used QR code; intoxication; refusal to comply with venue rules or the instructions of staff; behavior that endangers other attendees or staff; or violation of any applicable law.
7. Conduct at the Event
By attending the Event you agree to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, performers and venue property; to follow all reasonable instructions from the Organizer, security and venue staff; and to comply with all venue rules and applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Photography, audio recording or video recording at the Event may be restricted by the Organizer or the venue. By attending you also consent to being incidentally photographed or filmed by the Organizer for promotional purposes.
8. Personal data and communications
The Organizer collects and processes the following personal data when you submit the ticket form:
- Full name (used for door check-in and customer support).
- WhatsApp phone number (used to send the QR code and any payment-related notifications).
- Date of birth (used solely to verify the 21+ age requirement).
- The CliQ payment screenshot you upload (used solely to verify payment).
- Any referral code you supply (used solely to attribute the submission to a referrer).
Personal data is used for the purposes of fulfilling your ticket purchase, providing entry to the Event, customer support, fraud prevention, and the Organizer's internal reporting. Data is retained for a reasonable period after the Event for these purposes.
The Organizer does not sell personal data to third parties. The Organizer may share data with payment-verification staff, door staff, and infrastructure providers (such as the WhatsApp messaging provider used to deliver the QR code) strictly as required to operate the Platform and the Event.
9. WhatsApp notifications
By providing a WhatsApp phone number you consent to receiving ticket-related WhatsApp messages from the Organizer, including delivery of your QR code, payment-status notifications, and essential pre-Event information. You may opt out of non-essential messages by contacting the Organizer; the QR-code delivery message cannot be opted out of, as it is required to attend.
10. Changes to the Event
The Organizer may, where reasonably necessary, change the date, time, venue, line-up, capacity or other particulars of any Event, or close ticket sales early. Where such a change is made before the Event, the Organizer will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket-holders via WhatsApp at the number provided on the form.
The Organizer is not liable for any loss, cost or inconvenience (including travel and accommodation) incurred by an Attendee as a result of a permitted change to an Event under this clause.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, its staff, contractors and the operators of the venue are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or theft suffered by an Attendee at the Event, except to the extent caused by their own gross negligence or willful misconduct. Attendees attend the Event at their own risk.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Organizer does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, uninterrupted or available at all times.
12. Intellectual property
All content on VOLUME ONEENT — including without limitation theVOLUME ONEENT name and brand, party landing pages, copy, images and the QR-code generation and verification system — is the property of the Organizer or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Organizer may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect on the date you submit the ticket form is the version that governs that submission. The latest version is always available at this page.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, the Platform, and any ticket purchase or attendance arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
15. Contact
For questions about these Terms, your ticket, or your data, please contact the Organizer via the WhatsApp number used to deliver your QR code, or by replying to any payment-related WhatsApp message you receive from VOLUME ONEENT.
